4P Foods is a Benefit Corporation, built on the principles of traditional CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) models: Transparent supply chains, local farmers, sustainable practices, and seasonal variety that is in sync with Mother Nature. Those principles are combined with a modern day approach to shopping technology, distribution, and marketing. Our goal is to drive demand for regional, ethically produced, and sustainable foods so that our partner farmers can thrive.
We work with 130+ local and regional farms to create weekly "shares" that are delivered to our members on a recurring basis. We offer our members the flexibility to customize their shares, opt out when they need to, and pay as they go. They can pick from various sizes in produce, protein, and dairy shares - all sourced from the Mid-Atlantic foodshed.
We are part of the movement that is working hard to create a more equitable food system. We believe in a future where nourishing, sustainable, and delicious food is not the exception, but the norm. We help our customers to live their values by knowing that their food dollars are being spent to help support our farmers, our planet, and the communities that we live in. We hope youll join us.Job Description
