The Assistant Bistro Manager assists the Bistro Manager with front-of-the house operations.  The primary responsibility is guest service and all the needs and wants of guests are completely satisfied.  She must ensure that dishes are served and delivered in a timely manner and that any and all issues are promptly rectified.  She assists with ordering, organizing and controlling all front of the house inventory.  She is responsible for the visual presentation and cleanliness of the dining room, display counters, service counters, host station, and front of the house equipment. She assists with hiring, training, and coaching the Bistro staff including but not limited to a Baristas, Bartenders, Servers, Hosts/Hostesses, Bussers and Food Runners.  She will work directly with the Bistro Manager, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to make sure Applecrest Farm Bistro guests have an excellent experience.  In the absence of the Bistro Manager, the Assistant Bistro Manager is the manager in charge.  The Assistant Bistro Manager reports to the Bistro Manager.
