Do you love coffee and books? Especially together? Are you more comfortable with an espresso machine than an inventory control system? Well, you’re in luck. We need a responsible, enthusiastic being (preferably human) to run our café. We're looking for someone with some managerial experience, excellent people skills, work ethic and a great sense of humor.  Knowledge of brewing methods/espresso preparation is a plus but not a deal breaker.

Of course, with great experience comes great responsibility. So we’ll be expecting our Café Manager to:

• Hire, train and supervise all café staff
• Create and maintain works schedules
• Purchase all ingredients and supplies
• Create budgets and control costs
• Manage deliveries
• Maintain careful financial records
• Provide daily detailed reports and receipts

ServSafe Certification will also be required, because, you know, we run a clean operation.

Café Manager is a full-time salaried position with benefits.
