North Spore Mushroom Company is seeking a qualified team-centered production assistant to help grow an assortment of culinary mushrooms. Production tasks include inoculating substrates with mushroom spawn, moving substrates through the processes of inoculation and incubation, harvesting mushrooms from our fruiting rooms, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and order of the facility.

Ideal candidates will have a farming or food production background. Priority will be given to those who have experience with mushroom farming in particular. This is not an easy job, it requires a certain level of strength and stamina and often requires the willingness to perform repetitive tasks. We are a tight team that values good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and lightheartedness. No strong egos please. We work hard but like to have fun doing it!
