Quicks Hole Tavern is a farm-to-table restaurant open year round on Cape Cod. We are located across the street from the ferry terminal in Woods Hole Mass, on the way to the island of Martha's Vineyard. Our menu is driven by the seasons, and re-tooled regularly to capture the passion of our staff as well as reap the benefits of local harvests -- Clam Man's fresh cod, Washburn Island oysters, Morning Glory Farm vine ripe tomatoes, Allen Farms pea greens to name a few. We are a green restaurant (we compost all food waste, use LED lights, recycle, conserve water ...) dedicated to the lightest touch possible for our delicate planet.
We are now looking for seasonal help in the kitchen, starting in April or May through August or September. We pay a living wage, we offer a supportive kitchen environment, and we care about our chefs having a learning experience while working here.

We rotate between grill, pantry and prep and will work to your strengths and interests as a chef. We offer significant professional development opportunities. We often promote from within; this position is a great way to get your foot in the door with our growing company.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional kitchen experience with excellent references. We offer good wages, overtime pay, the potential for subsidized housing in a desirable zip code where you can walk to work. We are an equal opportunity employer.
Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs, handle stairs with ease, be comfortable with heat of the grill and time on your feet. The ideal team member is not above jumping on any station in a pinch, because we all work together to deliver on our mission to delight guests with creative, inspired food and drink.
We offer affordable HOUSING PACKAGES in various local houses/apartments within close walking distance from the restaurant for those looking for a summer on Cape Cod. These are shared spaces, so considerate roommates only need apply.
Our location lends itself to summer fun in your down time -- local beaches, bars and bands draw a groovy summertime crowd. We often serve travelling celebs like John C Reilly, Steve Carrell, Jon Hamm all of whom have passed through in recent summers.
