Company description We are an intensive 1.5 acre vegetable farm in Southeastern MA. Our farm is located on a wind turbine site and most of the power used by the farm is sourced from them. We also have an aquaponics system used to grow microgreens. We are heavily geared towards finding a balance between sustainability, quality, and running a profitable business on a small amount of land.  Internship description Requirements:

• Can lift 40lbs
• Have a valid driver's license

We are looking for self-motivated people with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail. Most importantly, we want people who are seriously interested in farming for a living. 

Tasks will involve almost every part of running the farm- field preparation, planting, cultivating, harvesting, washing and packing, selling, and helping on various construction projects as they come up. We have campers with water and electricity hookups available for non-local applicants. Compensation this position is : stipend / non-monetary compensation
