Circus Smirkus is the premier youth circus organization in the US. Since 1987 we have promoted the skills, culture and traditions of the traveling circus, inspiring youth to engage in life-changing adventures in the circus arts. We are a 501c3 nonprofit educational organization, serving thousands of young people each year through 3 programs: Our Bigtop Tour, Smirkus Camp, and our in-school residencies.

Our camp is located in rural Greensboro VT, a progressive agricultural region.  Through this position, we hope to better serve the needs of our vegetarian campers & staff while supporting local agriculture.

Camp Staff who don't live nearby sleep in the staff wing of our dormitory. Our campus of 34 acres sits on an open hilltop bordered by forest, fields and pastureland.  There is a general store, library and crystal-clear Lake Caspian within easy walking distance.
