The Production Crew is responsible for growing all of our organic veggies, small fruits, cut flowers and ornamental bedding plant starts, as well attending farmers' markets and packing and distributing our off-site CSA shares.

April-November 40-45 hrs/week

Duties include: 

• Seeding 

• Transplanting

• Planting 

• Weeding

• Harvesting 

• Attending farmers’ markets

• Processing and packing organic vegetables and small fruit

Must be a high energy, motivated team player. Applicants need to be able to work well in a variety of settings, including both independently and in groups. Candidates must be physically able to perform repetitive tasks while standing or kneeling, willing to learn, work hard, and enjoy being outside in diverse weather conditions. Must be able to lift 65 pounds and have a valid driver’s license. A positive mindset is essential! This is a fun, diverse job opportunity for hard-working folks who aren’t afraid to get dirty!
