Our primary business is a residential delivery service that works with local farms to bring fresh, organic produce, dairy, meats, breads, and other groceries right to people's doors. Customers go online to place their order and we pack and deliver them weekly. We've been refining this new way of getting real food from the farm to the table for a few years here in Atlanta and surrounding communities.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) paying hourly, commensurate with experience, with regular shifts Monday through Friday from 9:00-5:00. 
 
You will have your hand in many different facets of the company such as: 
Customer Interaction (answering their e-mails and phone calls)
Nutrition Coaching
Meal Planning
Recipe Crafting
Client Retention
Basket Order Processing
Various Other Administrative Tasks

Job Requirements:
  • Attention to detail - We're talking about people's dinner here! You are the main person in contact with our clients and must have a basic knowledge of health and food sourcing.
  • Drive - Our team works hard and pushes through to hit all deadlines. We need someone who can hang with our all stars and not get left behind. The greatest service our team offers each other on a daily basis is accountability to knock out the highest priority tasks at hand.
  • Bright disposition - We have fun and we expect you to as well.
  • Outside-of-the-box thinker - As an innovative company, we rarely get cookie cutter problems; you should be able to join us outside-of-the-box and develop creative solutions to keeping our customers coming back.
  • Commitment - Like mentioned above, we're looking for someone who's looking for a company to stand behind.
  • Self-starter – Take initiative and do what needs to be done to finish the job and make Fresh Harvest better even without being told. This takes a high level of organizational skills and collaboration with other team members.
 
Through our open book style of management, every team member is a part of setting goals that affect the annual bonus plan in which we all participate. Team members receive portions of free organic produce each week as well as a substantial discount on all Fresh Harvest products. The position will start as soon as we find the right fit.
