The ideal candidate will have a natural sense of leadership, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a desire to learn and teach. Come prepared to work in a restaurant culture rooted in tradition, integrity and education. Strong technique and extensive knowledge of ingredients provides this position the opportunity to be creative-and help design the menu. You should have a passion for Southern food and a desire to help others learn as well. Prior restaurant experience is required.
This is a management level position that will work closely with the chef to develop the menu, the culture, and the atmosphere of the kitchen. The right fit for this job will be someone who works well with the chef and believes in the idea that all positions in the restaurant are important and that we are all constantly learning, teaching, and evolving.
Come willing to work hard side-by-side with a small, close knit team. Everything we serve we make in house. This is a great opportunity to learn and teach new skills, and contribute to a changing menu surrounding the seasons.
