EVENING LINE COOKS

Full and Part Time Line Cook candidates will be expected to contribute to the execution of the ever-evolving menu for the main dining room. Candidates should be excited to work the line, professionally plate and maintain relationships with their network of purveyors. A preference for flavor and technique over trends and a desire to work in an enriching environment are essential. We butcher, cure, ferment, grow our own vegetables, and work with whole animals every day.

DAY TIME LINE COOK

Café Cook candidates will be expected to quickly and efficiently execute and prep the daily cafe menu during breakfast and lunch service. Candidates will have the opportunity to make soups, salads, sandwiches, contribute to pastry and bread production and have a say in new menu items. A preference for flavor and technique over trends and a desire to work in an enriching environment are essential.
