Bastille Kitchen is interviewing qualified candidates for SOUS CHEF. High volume, French brasserie. Knowledge of classic French cuisine and technique preferred. Boston experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. With a highly qualified and experienced Chef de Cuisine in place, Bastille Kitchen is very excited to fill this very important sous chef role to round out its passionate and productive kitchen leadership team.
