The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for the daily phone and email communication with customers, brokers and distributors, sales order taking and inputting and serves as the main contact and coordinator with our 3rd party warehouse located in Franklin, MA. We are a small company so there are many hats to wear and many things to do and learn. Aside from the day to day basics there is also administrative and accounts receivable support to provide, the opportunity to assist with industry trade shows as well as the chance to help with the research and development around what new products to bring in.

Job Requirements:

• Previous sales and operations experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required.
• Independent and organized with the ability to multi-task very well.

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
