Company description The Bobcat Cafe and Brewery is a small 40 seat dinner restaurant and brewpub serving the village of Bristol, VT and surrounding communities. Designed to be the "third place", The Bobcat is a quintessential neighborhood pub with food that is interesting and nutritious enough to return multiple times a week.

We design our menus around the seasons and what is available in and around Addison County while borrowing techniques from a range of world cuisine. We work hard to bring quality and consistency to the table, offering food that is informal enough for a quick meal with neighbors but worthy of an important celebration. Job description The Bobcat Cafe and Brewery is looking for a line cook who is not afraid to also wash some dishes.  Our kitchen is small, busy, fast and clean!  Some kitchen experience is required.  However, we are willing to train on the line if you have the right attitude and inclination toward speed and efficiency.

This is a perfect position for someone who wants to work in kitchens (and already has to some extent) and is ready to take it to the next level.
