Our head office and chocolate factory is located in the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard.

We source directly with regions around the world, looking for the rarest, complex and delicious cacao available. MAST pays far beyond commodity and fair trade minimums and has been instrumental in developing new growing regions.

We are seeking a meticulous, hard worker with passion and knowledge for food and chocolate, and a desire to become a master of their craft to join our team of chocolate makers.  

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• College degree or culinary center certificate, with at least 2 years of food experience (chocolate experience strongly preferred)  
• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for chocolate
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others
• Ability to take initiative and see tasks through to completion
