We are a new restaurant, events, farm and wellness hub that opened its doors to the community in November, 2016. Located in Waterbury Center, VT in a beautifully restored dairy barn, we serve globally inspired, locally sourced cuisine in a casual dining environment, offer wellness classes in our upstairs hayloft, host community events and run a small farm.

Much more than just a restaurant, we are a social enterprise with a mission to 1) Build community around great food, drink, entertainment and events 2) Support the movement toward a strong local food system through sustainable agricultural and sourcing our food as local as possible and 3) Promote health and well-being by offering wellness classes that support mind, body and spirit. Job Description The Sous Chef will work closely with our Executive Chef to run all aspects of our kitchen, cooking quality farm-to-table cuisine from scratch using seasonal ingredients. Successful candidate will have a proven track record working in a fast-paced environment, ability to ensure cleanliness, have high levels of productivity, be a team player, possess a passion for their craft, demonstrate creativity and an ability to have fun!
