ONE LIFE TO LIVE . . .
It's not just the name of a long-running soap opera. The striking universal truth is that we all get one shot (at this lifetime at least).
The thing we often have to remind ourselves is to strike the right balance - feeling pride and satisfaction in the work that we do, taking time to relax and / or be spontaneous, and making the effort to celebrate the milestones and successes when they come along.
As summer (in the northern hemisphere) approaches, the temperatures climb and our schedules pack up. We like to remind ourselves to take the time to stop and revel in all that surrounds us. It's rather magical when you think about it.
