NOW IS THE TIME . . . 

 
That we really dive deep into garden planning. The cold days and dark nights breed the perfect conditions for sifting through seed catalogs, taking inventory of what we have, what worked in previous years, and dreaming of all of the things we will get right or better this time around.

The winter may seem dark and dormant but in some way it's our most productive time, be it in the garden, the kitchen, the office, or in the pleasures and pursuits of life. We've learned not to wish away this time.
