DESCRIPTION:
Yellowstone Grassfed Beef is looking for a Sales Director to lead the company in growing existing local wholesale markets and securing new regional and national markets. A successful candidate must be able to identify new opportunities to increase Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer accounts, direct the steps to secure these accounts, and accurately track and project accounts, sales and products. This position is responsible for developing a strategy for sales growth, driving sales and account management, and measuring progress against goals. The position is designed for someone looking to step into a growing company and bring energy, creativity, and leadership to sales.

REQUIREMENTS

A successful candidate will have experience in growing sales for a specialty product (organic, local, premium, etc.) with a strong understanding of sales strategy. A track record of developing and implementing sales strategy as well as getting results through new customer acquisition is a must. While knowledge of the beef industry is not necessary, experience in the food industry is preferable. A strong desire to learn about grassfed beef and regenerative agriculture is crucial.

Compensation
