The Lionheart Gardens is a year-round learning and production garden located in Canton, Georgia. The garden is tended by the faculty, staff, and students of The Lionheart School, and other community members. The Lionheart School serves children on the autism spectrum and with other challenges of relating and communicating. The garden serves as an outdoor educational facility for academic, vocational, and social learning. It is our goal to create a diverse farm system to promote experiential learning while maintaining ecological health. In doing this we follow sustainable agricultural practices and adapt them to our unique garden setting.

We are seeking a full time garden manager. Garden/agricultural experience is a must, management preferred.  The position requires independent work, and working with diverse groups of people. Manager is responsible for all aspects of the garden including but not limited to: garden planning, cultivation, maintenance, harvesting and packing produce, purchasing supplies,leading volunteer workdays, and special projects.
