Job description
Buvette is hiring food service professionals to work the gastro line at both our New York and Paris locations. Small plates and quick service without sacrificing quality or creativity. Gastronome philosophy is part cook, part server, part bartender. The gastronomo has the unique position of cooking and plating food for the restaurant all from behind the bar and in front of guests. We are looking for individuals with a strong attention to detail as well as experience in dealing with rapid, high intensity environments.
We are currently hiring for evenings, weekdays and brunches for bar service as well as kitchen work in both our NYC and Paris locations. For us, character and passion are as important as experience.

Compensation
