Job description
Join an awesome team that's on a mission to change the food industry from the bottom-up. HowGood is looking for 1 highly motivated candidate living in the South Boston area to work directly with grocery stores rolling out our ratings program.
HowGood is a Brooklyn-based social enterprise that independently rates both the sustainability and environmental friendliness of food products. We package our ratings into scores that sit next to price tags on the shelves of supermarkets, allowing customers to immediately identify the best, most sustainable products out there. We have spent the past ten years perfecting our research, and are now launching in Stop and Shop!
Role:
The representative will work with HowGood managers to tag, maintain, and conduct surveys in four Stop and Shop stores. They will be expected to be in each store for 8 hours covering five business days per week.
Responsibilities:
-Engaging Managers and Personnel for program maintenance
-In store merchandising
-Conducting customer surveys regarding HowGood ratings
-Maintaining an encyclopaedic understanding of HowGood's rating system
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum 3 month contract starting as soon as possible (with potential to extend one year)
- Candidates must maintain a presentable, professional and courteous demeanor
- Candidates must work well independently as well as collaboratively
- Candidates must have access to reliable transportation and smart phone
