Job description
Objective and Scope of Position:
Assist and support in the planning, development, and implementation of all strategic and tactical trade and consumer-marketing activities to enhance the growth and profitability of our Bonne Maman brand. Reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of strategic and annual brand and marketing plans which address all aspects of the marketing mix including packaging, advertising, promotion, public relations, digital marketing, market research, and new product development.

Extract actionable insights by extracting and analyzing IRI (or other) quantitative data. Prepare quarterly scorecards.

Responsible for adhoc IRI data and analysis for retailer presentations and new product initiatives. Assist private label team with category or retailer information when needed for preparation of presentations.

Responsible for the weekly budget tracking and quarterly reconciliation.

Develop Power Point presentations for sales, management and agency audiences.

Project manage specific outside agency initiatives in support of the brand’s business objectives to include PR, web, social media and creative agencies in coordination with Sr. Marketing Manager.

Support the development and execution of targeted promotion activities in conjunction with our sales team and importers

Assist in the development of sales materials and other ‘tools of the trade’

Recap marketing activities, store visits and conduct ad hoc market research.

Obtain creative materials and product samples from Andros headquarters in France and other European subsidiaries

Represent brand at trade shows and consumer events

Some domestic travel required
Skills required:
-
A business, marketing or communications degree from a top-tier school. MBA preferred but not required.

3 years of work experience.

Preferably work experience at a leading, global CPG, Luxury or Wine and Spirits company.

Fluent in English. Previous living experience in an English speaking country is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Mastery of MS Office tools ((Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Attention to detail and a spirit of entrepreneurship are a must.

Ability to multi-task. This is a small office of 5-6 people and everyone pitches in to take care of the business at hand.

Ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface at all levels within the organization and outside the company

Working knowledge of social media marketing is preferred

French language skills and sensitivity to French “art de vivre” are a plus
