Roberta’s General Manager at LA Location

Roberta’s is opening a new location in the Los Angeles area!

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to facilitate every aspect of the daily operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction

1. Upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service constantly
2. Quality control to ensure the maximum results in the utilization and appearance food & beverage areas, as well as performance of employees
3. Providing the appropriate ambiance and atmosphere in the restaurant through lighting, music, temperature, etc.

Staff Management

1. Coordinating the development, interpretation, and implementation of policies, procedures, training programs, menus, schedules, rules and regulations
2. Effective communication between all operating departments
3. Assists HR manager with the hiring process and termination of employees

Facility Maintenance

1. Awareness of the entire facility and all inner workings (heat, hot water, electricity, and refrigeration)
2. Maintaining the highest standards for health, sanitation, and cleanliness of the food & beverage areas in compliance with local, state, and governmental organizations

Admin/Financials

1. Designing and updating food & beverage programs for maximum guest satisfaction at minimum operating costs
2. Effective communication through tip sheets, service reports, and cash drops

Compensation

this position is: salaried, $50,000 to $100,000
