Roberta’s is opening a new location in the Los Angeles area!
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to facilitate every aspect of the daily operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction
- Upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service constantly
- Quality control to ensure the maximum results in the utilization and appearance food & beverage areas, as well as performance of employees
- Providing the appropriate ambiance and atmosphere in the restaurant through lighting, music, temperature, etc.
- Coordinating the development, interpretation, and implementation of policies, procedures, training programs, menus, schedules, rules and regulations
- Effective communication between all operating departments
- Assists HR manager with the hiring process and termination of employees
- Awareness of the entire facility and all inner workings (heat, hot water, electricity, and refrigeration)
- Maintaining the highest standards for health, sanitation, and cleanliness of the food & beverage areas in compliance with local, state, and governmental organizations
- Designing and updating food & beverage programs for maximum guest satisfaction at minimum operating costs
- Effective communication through tip sheets, service reports, and cash drops
