Job description
Chefs Jody Williams and Rita Sodi are looking for well spoken, dedicated, and passionate floor managers to join our small, independent team of chef/restaurateurs dedicated to community, food, wine & spirits. Ideal candidates are knowledgeable about service, French and Italian cuisine and wines and have a commitment to the Slow Food philosophy as well as the desire to be a leader in a demanding environment. We believe our greatest assets are our guests and employees and strive to enrich their lives daily.
Character is as important as experience.
We are currently looking for a full time commitment and schedule flexibility is desired.
