Company description
Owl's Brew was founded in 2014 by Jennie Ripps and Maria Littlefield in New York City after they decided to combine their love for tea and cocktails into one. Owl’s Brew Mixers are sold nationwide at retailers such as Whole Foods, Neiman Marcus, Williams-Sonoma and Wegmans, and are poured at Kimpton Hotels and many restaurants.
Owl’s Brew Radler launched in Fall 2016, and is a mix of organic botanicals, tea & craft beer. Owl’s Brew Radler is currently available at markets such as Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Wegmans and on-premise at various restaurants and hotels.
Internship description
Internship may entail:
- Day-to-day office operations
- Assist our operations team with shipping and order fulfillment
- Sales initiatives/outreach, support (send samples to potential new clients, research target markets)
- Brand ambassador for occasional product demos and events (in-store taste tastings) and at local NYC locations
- Assist with client relations and new customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Currently attending a college or university in New York City
- Love for food, beverage, and wellness
- Strong interest in the fast-paced start-up space
- Excellent people skills
- Entrepreneurial and solution oriented
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Detail oriented, highly organized and comfortable multi-tasking
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and/or Pages, Numbers, Keynote
