Job description
Sugar Mountain’s wholesale team is currently in search of a highly motivated, customer centric Sales Coordinator. This is a highly visible role that will work cross functionally with various brand across the Sugar Mountain portfolio, ideal for people who like variety and movement in their work and are looking to eventually move into a sales role.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Provide customers and vendors with information on product pricing, features, and availability
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Brand Ambassadors including but not limited to: booking travel, scheduling weekly meetings and coordinating team training's
- Ship product samples, collateral and brand swag to customers and sales reps
- Track order and distribute all inventory including, in house product, collateral and swag/branded gear
- Assist in the planning and execution of Sugar Mountain events, trade shows, expos and distributor shows
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative/support experience required
- A background in sales or sales support required
- Experience with Sales force a plus
- Must be a highly organized, multi-tasker with great time management skills
- Display excellent presentation and communication skills
- Be a team player with an energetic, ambitious and unafraid attitude
