Restaurant in Chelsea seeks Experienced Manager
We supports healthy, sustainable food supply. Our food is sourced from local family farms exercising humane and environmentally friendly practices.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of a staff of 15

Perpetually communicate with Chef on menu changes, sourcing and ingredients

Track financials
-
Update & manage Aloha POS
-
Constant upkeep of visual aspects of the restaurant – cleanliness, painting, floral arrangements

Fill in for shifts as needed
-
Design and sell in-house event proposals
-
Manage client relationships
Requirements/Qualifications:
-
At least 3 years’ experience of food service management
-
Knowledge of and enthusiasm for regional, seasonal cuisine Proper food handling knowledge & certificate
-
Complete fluency in Microsoft Office
-
Experience with POS, preferably Aloha
-
Detail-oriented, self-starter able to work as part of a team, as well as independently
-
Able to work weekends & holidays
