Job description The position that needs to be filled is someone willing to work hands on in pasta making and production. Knowledge of wine and Italian cuisine are important but can be taught. We are NOT a restaurant but a place that makes fresh and dried pasta with the focus on educating the community on good food practices and preserving Italian regional cuisine. We are in the process of expanding.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year restaurant kitchen experience, positive attitude and willingness to learn. You will be working one on one with the owner and chef, Danielle Glantz, who will be teaching you as much as she knows. We are looking for somewhere to work full time 30-40 hours a week and all year round.

We make hand made pasta shapes, including ravioli twice a week that changes depending on what is in season. You will be responsible for making different types of pasta, sauces, cleaning, working with customers, talking about products and overall shop maintenance.
