Job description

What You'll Do at Marx Foods:

Assorted administrative tasks such as scheduling, reception, memo drafting and helping in our test kitchen when needed.
Run reports from ERP and format/process through excel
Assist with the deployment of our warehouse management system
Work within NetSuite
Track deliveries and work with customers and FedEx to ensure packages arrive on time and in good condition
Work within our 5 person operations team to help as needed on projects when workloads are heavy or staff members are on vacation.

What You'll Bring to Our Table:

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
A friendly spirit, curiosity and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
An interest in, knowledge of or experience working with food or in the hospitality industry

This is an onsite full-time position (9-5 M-F) in our office in Lower Queen Anne.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $42,000.00 - $45,000.00
