We are a Fine Wine & Spirits Retailer located in Katonah New York. Our focus is on rare & collectable wines as well as small production wines & spirits.

 

We’re looking to add an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to our fine wine and spirits team. Full-time & Part-time positions are both potentially available. Hand-selling wine & spirits by engaging and building relationships with our customers is our highest priority. Other responsibilities would include: stocking and restocking inventory, changing and creating displays; cash handling; keeping up with inventory and wine news; cleaning & maintaining the store’s appearance.   

Experience with customer service and at least a basic level of wine knowledge preferred.

Qualifications would include:

•  Part time / Potentially full time availability.

•  Weekends are a must.

•  Experience working in the wine industry or similar role in sales, with an emphasis on customer service.

•  Must have the ability to create relationships, engage and communicate with clients as a professional.

•  Computer skills including word and excel.

•  Innovative ideas on how we can improve our customers' experience.

•  Social media experience is a plus.

•  Positive attitude.

•  Willingness to learn.

•  Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

•  Ability to lift 50lb boxes and stand for extended periods of time.


Salary commensurate with experience.
