Rule of Thirds is a brand new all day Japanese restaurant opening in Greenpoint by Sunday Hospitality Group, the team behind Sunday in Brooklyn, Pilot (LA) and Sibling Rivalry (LA).

The all day operation will serve seasonal all day bento by day, with an Izakaya-style dinner menu at night. We believe in sustainability so our menus source local produce, drawing on Japanese influence for techniques and flavor. The bar program will have a strong focus on sake, shochu, cocktails and natural wine.

Launching at the end of October, we are now interviewing to fill all positions in the restaurant, bar, kitchen and BOH

LOOKING FOR: Servers, bartenders, runners, hosts, baristas, line cooks, prep cooks, cocineros, dishwashers, lavos platos.
