We are currently looking for new crew members interested in a career working with fermented foods. The job would be both on the production side of operations, while also assisting on our packaging line.  Production requires the physical ability to stand for 8 hours, and lift at least 50 lbs. 

The right candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a crew but also be self-motivated and reliable. Must also have basic Knife skills and a basic understanding of food handling.  The ability to have fun but still work hard goes a long way with us.

Experience with food production and fermentation is a plus but not required.  There will be a probationary trial position before being hired for a full-time position.
