Assisting the manufacturing team with the production of our fine chocolate batches and the production of our fine confections:
-sorting beans
-cracking and winnowing beans
-roasting
-pulling batches
-preparing batches for the chocolate grinder
-pouring + garnishing chocolate bars
-assisting on the enrobing line
Ensuring product quality and safety.
Demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm for new projects and R&D.

FINE & RAW is a growing artisan chocolate company founded in 2008. Our current chocolate factory is in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Our products are high quality and we put a ton of love into our craft-industrial production. Our clients range from Whole Foods to Ralph Lauren to cheese shops to local artists.
