Company description The Farm at Doe Run carries on the rich heritage of dairy farming in the state of Pennsylvania, operating on a philosophy of simple, sustainable farming. The farm produces award-winning farmstead cheeses from its Jersey cows, Normande cows, East Friesian sheep, and Nubian and Saanen goats. All of the milking herds graze on the 350-acre farm and provide the milk used to produce a line of seasonal, mixed-milk cheeses.
