Camp Denali and North Face Lodge are looking for an Executive Chef!
The Executive Chef supervises all aspects of food preparation for two kitchens, one at Camp Denali and one a mile away at North Face Lodge with a total guest count of 75, plus 50 staff. They have ultimate responsibility for training, supervision and support of up to 15 staff members having kitchen duties. Applicants should have fine dining, supervisory, and leadership experience. The food is rustic, slow, new American cuisine meant for a broad audience that highlights Alaskan local and on-site greenhouse grown ingredients. The season runs from late-April through mid-September, though winter season hourly work will be required pre/post season (for ordering, inventory, etc.).
