YOUR MISSION
This is an opportunity to be a Field Sales Representative for an exciting company at an exciting time: we’re fast-growing, ambitious, and mission-based. You’ll represent our brand on the front lines—you’ll demo and promote our products in Whole Foods Market stores in the greater Philadelphia area; you’ll help build our ever-growing customer base; and you’ll collaborate with our marketing team on ways to expand brand awareness.

- WEEKEND and FRI/MON availability (demos are typically 10 AM - 2:30PM on weekends or 3:30-7:30 PM on weekdays)
- Independent — you check in frequently and crush it when you’re on your own
- Have access to personal transportation (e.g. car) for greater Philadelphia metro area travel with company-provided demo supplies (folding table, skillet, and branded materials)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demo our products at Whole Foods Market stores, typical hours below. Note: involves using an electric skillet
- Educate customers on the Misfit brand and story
- Increase sell-through in key stores through promotional activity
- Develop relationships with customers (our Misfit family)
- Prevent product out-of-stocks and increase brand presence
HOURS AND COMPENSATION
- $18 / hour + transportation reimbursement
- 8 - 16 hours per week mostly on Sat and Sun mornings or afternoons and occasionally Fri and/ or Mon evenings
- ~3 weekends in the month
- Start date: as soon as possible/ March 2020
- Duration: 3-month commitment
- Events scheduled one month in advance
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
