Line Cook Sun-Ray Cinema

  • Date Posted March 13, 2020
  • Location Jacksonville, FL
  • Category Culinary
  • Job type Part-Time
Company description Sun-Ray Cinema and its Pizza Cave! are independently owned and operated.  Starting as a single screen in 2011 the business has grown to a two screen, with seatside dining and the friendliest staff you can find. Job description Do you thrive in a toxic work environment?

Yeah, most people don't.

Kitchen Culture doesn't have to be synonymous with "lousy" but combating burnout, FOH/BOH conflict, and valuing every employee enough to compensate them fairly for their time takes concerted effort from Day One. Well this business is on day 2,934 (I won't make you do the math, we just celebrated our eighth anniversary) and we won't say it's easy but we are on a mission to build the best food service team in the city. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business -- for realz.

Do you want to be part of it?
Part time immediately, potential soon to be full time for the right candidate.
