Through our walking tours we feature the stories of people who have contributed to the advancement of the city through civic, artistic, cultural and gender-based initiatives. We are currently pivoting to a virtual tourism model that will provide a way for tourists to continue to explore the diversity of NYC.
Job description

Do you have a knack for speaking and presenting on camera?
If you answered, "yes" to the questions above, join our team! We are looking for passionate chefs who are comfortable teaching online classes on a work-for-hire basis. This is a part-time position.
Qualifications:
Professional chef training or chef experience at a reputable restaurant
Recognition from peers in your field or the media
Access to an aesthetically pleasing culinary space
Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop course material for an interactive online experience including, grocery shopping and online presentation
Respond to live questions and engagement
Comfortable sharing information in a commanding yet relatable way
Time commitment: Classes will typically last up to 90 minutes and preparation time
No experience in online instruction necessary
Experience in broadcast, digital, radio or podcast setting a plus
You will be required to provide a recipe, cooking implements needed and an ingredients list for participants to procure before your session
If you have other areas where you're proficient (in the Arts), let us know
Note: We may ask you to submit your media portfolio during the hiring process.
