Job description The Program Manager is responsible for leading all farm-based  guest and staff experiences that help build the culture and share the vision for Southall Farms that is rooted in the stewardship of  the land and cultivation of food. The Program Manager will work closely with the farm manager, marketing team and other staff to plan and deliver farm messaging and programming.
