Company description
Pork & Greens is a woman-owned farm founded in July of 2020. We raise pigs and grow year-round greens in Castleton, NY for wholesale markets, with an eye towards retail in the coming year. Our vision is to steward the land with ecological practices while producing high-quality food, reducing food-waste, and building soil health. Our woodland-grazed pigs are raised on a well rounded, waste-food diet gathered from breweries, bakeries, and creameries near our farm. Our vegetable production focuses on outdoor, year-round and soil-based greens on a handscale system based on our ecological values.
