Bohemian Bakery and Cafe is dedicated to serving the communities of central Vermont with the highest quality pastry and coffee in the European tradition. We have remained open for takeout through the duration of the pandemic and consider it our mission to be a gastronomic comfort as well as a social refuge for the community at large.

Just as we expect flowers to sprout from beneath the snow, we are also expecting some welcome relief as the year progresses. So we are growing our enterprise and we need you to be a part of our re emergence!

Job description

We are seeking a talented, hard working professional baker/pastry chef with minimum two years experience producing laminated doughs and classic viennoiserie. We also make cream cakes, fruit tarts and galettes using local produce (in Summer!), and savory items. Friendly working environment. Great community and quality of life. Competitive wages for the right individual. Paid overtime. Can start orientation in April/May.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
