Company description
Ingadi Farmhouse is a family owned and run farm situated on 127 acres of land in Pine Plains, NY. Over the past five years the family has been working to revive the land in order to create a nature sanctuary that inspires sustainable living and regenerative agricultural practices. We firmly believe that the American food system is in a dire state and our goal is to re-establish a connection with nature's resources and nutritious food.
Our mission at Ingadi Farmhouse is to create an environment that promotes sustainable living by creating a unique, agrimersive experience for guests. Through engaging with the land and surrendering to the ubiquitous tranquility, we aim for our guests to leave feeling elevated, energized, and edacious for change.
In addition to a 9-stall, fully-equipped horse barn, over the last two years the family has worked to develop a 100x100 ft organic vegetable garden which we are looking to expand in order to serve the surrounding community and beyond.
We are looking for partners with expertise in organic, regenerative farming practices to help us turn our dream into a reality.

Farm Infrastructure & Equipment
Fencing Description
- Garden Fencing: our fruit and vegetable garden is protected by a double fencing system to protect from animals of all sizes. The internal fence is 12' high and the external fence is electric, powered by solar energy.
- Pasture Fencing: we have five large turnout fields on the property with 4-planked wooden fencing.
Water Access
- This property is the site where the Roeliff Jansen Kill river and the Shekomeko Creek converge. All year round we have flowing water that feeds both our garden as well as the property's lawns.
Description of Barns/ Structures
- Emfuleni Farmhouse is home to three barns/structures. On the west side of the Roeliff Jansen Kill river sit two barns built in the early 1900s, both of which are 4,000 square feet. As previously mentioned, one is a fully functioning, 9-stall horse barn featuring state of the art wash stalls, a feeding room, tack room, and office. Incuded is a premiere outdoor arena and 24-hour security. In addition to the main barn, there are four open-styled stables. The other barn, while it has great potential, requires renovations in order to secure its structure.
- On the east side of the river is the Blue Barn, a 10,000 squarefoot structure. Currently we use this space for storage, however, it has existing infrastructure for 14 stalls and has the potential to be remodeled into an indoor greenhouse, additional housing for livestock, indoor riding arena, etc.
