Job description
At CookUnity, we are on a mission of helping our 30+ Independent Chefs to expand and grow their teams. With different backgrounds and rock-solid expertise, our chefs are bringing world-class flavors to our customer's door. You will have the chance to work and learn the craft from top culinary innovators and Michelin-starred. Their menus are continually changing, which means you'll never be bored!
Our Kitchen
Our Commissary Kitchen is located in Brooklyn. It is a high-volume fast-paced environment that delivers more than 200,000 meals a month. Our Independent Chefs make everything in-house with quality and, as much as possible, local ingredients.

Our Chefs are looking for a variety of roles:
- Prep Cook
- Line Cook
- Sous Chef
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years working in the food industry, in high-volume kitchens
- Comfortable working in a high volume environment
- Desired skills include: knife work, saucier, protein cooking, butchery, portioning, meal assembly, and more
- Passion for food
- Your co-workers describe you as a team player, hard-worker, fun person, and as someone who is always striving for quality
Pay is based on experience. Immediate start, full and part time work available.
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
