Looking for a responsible, proactive human who is vibrant and has an infectious personality.

We’re in search of a leader (Director of Regional Operations) who is tenacious and wants to continue to maintain and grow a bomb lady run and founded business in the heart of Washington, D.C.

Daily Responsibilities: You will wear ALL the hats including, and not limited to, running a fine-tuned and tight daily operation, leading our band of matzah ballers, increasing [catering] sales, and being one of the unique faces who embody the Prescription Chicken brand, guiding your team to do the same.

You will work side by side with the Founders and will be one of the first full-time hires since we’ve opened in 2016 aka, you’re kind of a big dill (see what we did there)

Qualifications:

• You hustle and hustle hard
• You know how to manage a team and continue to cultivate and grow an efficient, friendly and reliable squad
• You are an A+ communicator
• You have a diligently managed calendar, and your email inbox is organized and well responded
• You’ve got comfy shoes that allow you to zip around our space and make sure everything is where it needs to be, well stocked, sparkling and in operable fashion
• You are a creative and forward thinker: a problem solver by nature
• You’re not afraid to fail, as you know what you’ve just learned from that mistake is invaluable.
• You seek first to understand then to fix
• You are comfortable getting to intimately know your neighborhood and find opportunities in your surrounding areas to share your passion for the product
• You are dedicated, punctual and to put it simply: awesome

Non-Negotiables:

5+ years in people management

3+ years in food and beverage operations, including in depth knowledge of catering (QSR is a plus!)

2+ years in time management

All the other stuff you’ll soak in and run with.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, $50,000 - $75,000
