The Lead Line Cook / BOH Supervisor will report directly to the Chef, help manage the team through prep and service, and be knowledgeable about standard culinary techniques and protocols. Key responsibilities & expectations include:

Assist Chef in supervising BOH operations by:
- Organizing and monitoring BOH labor and productivity in accordance with business demand
- Overseeing food production at all stations and expediting the line to achieve a focused, successful service
Assist Chef in upholding DOH compliance
- Supervise the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance routines and checklists
- Help identify areas in need of repair and supervise the completion of those repairs
Lead the team with empathy and integrity and ensure strong, respectful, productive communication across all teams
Work with the Chef and Culinary Director to establish and achieve clear individual performance goals

While performing the duties of the job, a Lead Line Cook is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

this position is: hourly, $20/hr +
