The Columbus Hospitality Group, owners of Mistral, Sorellina, Ostra, Mooo, Teatro, L’Andana and Bar Lyon, is currently seeking applicants for a Full Time Executive Pastry Chef.
The Columbus Hospitality Group is accepting applicants who are self-motivated, positive, and creative professionals with good communication skills and strong multi-tasking abilities. Candidates must also have at least six years of experience in management as well as in the pastry department, and feel comfortable working with and leading a small dedicated team in a busy kitchen.
Responsibilities include—but are not limited to—managing daily a la carte production and plating design of desserts and banquet menu items, production of daily breads, pastries, chocolates and special occasion cakes. Some managerial responsibilities also include, ordering and maintaining inventory, and supervising and training other staff members, and also collaborating directly with the Executive Chef to constantly come up with efficient ways to monitor food and labor costs,
This is a full time position with mostly morning shifts, but will require flexibility with the weekly schedule.

Compensation
this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $50,000.00 - $75,000.00
