The Hungry Gnome is a wholesale and online bakery that provides baked goods to over 100 cafes, restaurants and businesses in the tristate area. We also provide high end, bespoke catering and private chef services.
Job description
Looking for a hardworking, positive and focused baker to join a growing bakery business. Responsibilities include:
-Preparing and following recipes for baked goods such as muffins, cookies, banana breads and more
-Boxing and labeling orders for customers
-Must have the ability to lift heavy items
-Will assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen throughout the shift and doing more deep cleaning at the end of the shift
-Must be a team player
-Hours are Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, roughly 9am-5pm (soon to be 5 days per week)
Compensation
this position is: hourly, $15-20/hr
