Lobster Place is seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for hospitality to join our management team as Floor Manager. **$5,000.00 Sign on bonus after 90 days of employment**
Responsibilities:
- Leads and inspires a team of line level employees with a diverse range of expertise
- Supports the General Manager in executing business goals & initiatives
- Enforces training programs and promotes our culture of genuine hospitality, empowerment, and growth
- Maintains operations by executing and upholding standard operating procedures
- Maintains guest satisfaction by evaluating and auditing food, beverage, product, and service offerings, suggesting ideas for change to senior management when necessary
- Partners with HR on employee engagement, performance coaching and counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Responsible for the scheduling of assigned departments
- Ensures all health department standards & COVID protocols are being upheld daily
- Displays and incorporates the Lobster Place core values in every action- Respect, Friendliness, Stewardship, Professionalism, Quality & Dedication
- Other related assignments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- F&B background with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant
- Lead by example, hands on mentality
- Effective communicator and active listener
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize while maintaining a clear view of the big picture
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership capabilities
- A professional, enthusiastic, and positive can-do attitude
- An understanding of all FOH & BOH operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Toast & OpenTable
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary range $65k-$75k commensurate with experience
