Lobster Place is seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for hospitality to join our management team as Floor Manager. **$5,000.00 Sign on bonus after 90 days of employment**

Responsibilities:

• Leads and inspires a team of line level employees with a diverse range of expertise
• Supports the General Manager in executing business goals & initiatives
• Enforces training programs and promotes our culture of genuine hospitality, empowerment, and growth
• Maintains operations by executing and upholding standard operating procedures
• Maintains guest satisfaction by evaluating and auditing food, beverage, product, and service offerings, suggesting ideas for change to senior management when necessary
• Partners with HR on employee engagement, performance coaching and counseling, and disciplinary actions
• Responsible for the scheduling of assigned departments
• Ensures all health department standards & COVID protocols are being upheld daily
• Displays and incorporates the Lobster Place core values in every action- Respect, Friendliness, Stewardship, Professionalism, Quality & Dedication
• Other related assignments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• F&B background with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant
• Lead by example, hands on mentality
• Effective communicator and active listener
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize while maintaining a clear view of the big picture
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership capabilities
• A professional, enthusiastic, and positive can-do attitude
• An understanding of all FOH & BOH operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Toast & OpenTable

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary range $65k-$75k commensurate with experience
